HappeningPH Society! Incharge 2025: The Forum Where Power Players and Policy Shapers Meet

On June 18, 2025 – TAG Media Group launched its first Incharge Forum in partnership with the Embassy of Malaysia-Manila. The event was held at the Embassy with Diplomats, Government Officials and Business Leaders. The forum has two segments: Leading Men Forum and Top 100 Women.

The speakers and awardees are Presidential Spokesperson Usec. Claire Castro, Ambassador of Hungary H.E Titanilla Toth, Ambassador of Romania H.E Raduta Matache, Grace Santiago, Sarah Yu, Former Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo, The Manila Hotel President Atty. Joey Lina, DFA Usec. Gary Domingo, Commissioner Myrna Yao, Rayla Allertsen, Buster Allertsen, Riza Shanti Lim and Les Reyes. Other VVIPs present are Ambassador of Cambodia H.E Sin Saream, Ambassador of Palestine H.E Mounir Anastas, Tag Media Board Members Grace Bondad Nicolas, Robert Laurel Yupangco, Dr. Elton See Tan, Consul David Ackerman, Tanyu III and Becky Garcia.

The welcome address was delivered by Ambassador of Malaysia H.E Dato Abdul Malik Melvin bin Castellino and expressed his gratitude to the Tag Media Group.

“We are all here because of our nation builders shaping our economy. We are very grateful to rising tigers, and Incharge magazine for organizing this meaningful event.”

The VP of TAG Media Group Andria Terese Nicolas shared the purpose of the event.

“We started with a vision of bridging our leaders to our people, and through our publications, Rising Tigers, Incharge and Top News Asia we made it this far. Growth is actually not our destination, its integrity, innovation and pursuit of excellence.”

“This is a beginning of something greater for the media landscape and it’s ours. Tonight you will hear from nation builders that shaped our country to where it is today. Remember there is someone out there modelling their future leadership on your current example.”

The Keynote Speaker for Incharge Magazine is Senator Mark Villar.

“This forum about Leading Men recognizes the impact we have. But let us consider the depth of our impact. Are we just building castles, or are we also building links? From fostering sustainable business practices to championing our advocacies, from mentoring future leaders to advocating for helpful policies, every act of service, no matter how big or small, contributes to a more just and prosperous world.”

Senator Villar highlighted the meaning of effective leadership.

“Leadership, governance, and service are not individual concepts; they are roads that intersect in pursuit of real change. Effective leadership is the heart, governance is the body, and service is the spirit that drives us to think beyond ourselves.”

TAG Media Group expanded from Advertising to Publishing. Rising Tigers Magazine became the most-distributed business and leadership Magazine in National Bookstore and Fully Booked.
